Hello there out there in the scrappy world! I have been on a tag making frenzy now...geesh, from layouts to tags...so many in such a short time...so proud of myself! lol Anyways these are all made from scraps, I just added some stickles to them for some sparkle! Hope you like them. Tfl

 Here are a bunch of christmas tags I also made from scraps! (haven't even put a dent in my scrap stash ;) Added some stickles to these too for some sparkle!

...and here are 2 halloween tags I made. I still make my children goodie bags (and 2 out of 3 of them are adults...lol) These will have their name put on them before I put it on the bag. Tfl! These were so fun, and easy to make. Hope you enjoy! Tfl!!

Scrapping Frenzy....

 ...thats what I went on!!! After not scrapping anything for so long, I managed to get about 5 layouts and a couple cards , annnd a cardholder set done!! Woohoo, did it ever feel good to play with all my goodies again!

 This page here is ALL doodled, everything, including the background paper...once I started, I just kept on doodling, and adding more, this is my finished page! Love the way the background turned out, way better irl!!! It was all done with a white pen and stickles! Tfl!

Hello out there my scrappy friends! I thought I would share with you a couple cards I made. They are for the card challenges over at sb.com. The card with the banner is for the color and sketch categories, and the pink and green one is for the photo inspiration category! Used stamps on both of them, decorative scissors and a punch. It's a nice change from doing layouts all the time! Tfl!

QOTW-PIT

Hi there again!! I wanted to share something else with you, and that is...It's my week for greetings and birthdays as part of the design team over at http://pagesintimestoresite.ning.com ,  and also we are to choose a QOTW (question of the week). My question for this week is...What die-cut machine do you use (or have you used), what are your likes and dislikes about it!

I am on the hunt for a new one for myself and could really use some feedback on this! I really don't want to spend a lot of money, as I try to keep my scrappy spending down to a minimum! (which is sometimes really hard...lol) Anywhooo, maybe if I give you a bit of info on what my style is, you can better help me with my choice! I love to make a lot of my own embellies, such as flowers etc. I do love some of the die-cut flowers out there, and would also LOVE to save some money on letters and such! If I can cut out my own, then I wouldn't have to constantly be buying more for my titles and journaling! I really like to put journaling on my pages, sometimes a lot of it ;) Maybe I would be better off just buying some punches and stamps, what do you think? I appreciate all feedback, as it ALL will help me decide! Thanks so much in advance!

Crazy Storm!!!

Hello my friends. Hope you are all having a great day so far!
We had one crazy storm last night, and as far as I know at this point, no one I know was harmed! Crazy wind and heavy rain. Tornadoes touching down, golf ball sized hail in places, BIG trees toppling over...you get the picture, right! Yeah...crazy!!!!
All that kept going through my head is omg, what happens if a tornado touches down in my town...imagine all my scrappy goodies flying all over town :( Not a good thought!) I truly was scared out of my mind! Like white knuckles just holding on to my seat...yes I was out in the car at the time!! 8/
I'm kidding... that was not the only thought going through my mind, I was praying for safety to all my family and friends here at home first, then the thought of my scrappy goodies blowing around town! ;)
Anyways we are all safe and today the sun is shining! Praying that all my scrappy friends where the storm is headed stay safe too! Batten down the hatches!!!!!

Interactive Blog Hop-June 30th

Hi my scrappy friends! I have some very exciting news to tell you about...
we are having an interactive blog hop starting on June 30th at http://pagesintimestoresite.ning.com/ It is going to be so much fun! Tutorial on Cardholder

step 4- fold from point up to center of page...only time you need to use adhesive is here at this point
step 3 bring each bottom corner up to center of page so they meet in the middle
step 2 fold it in half
step 1...start with a heavyweight piece of 12 x 12 cardstock (preferably double-sided)
step 5- add ribbon with eyelets for closure...holds 4-4"x5" cards and envelopes. Probably 6 cards without too many embellishments! :)

More Cardholder Sets

Hi my scrappy friends...its been a little bit. Between working and being addicted to making these cardholder sets, I haven't really been doing too much else...lol! I will be setting up a table for an event here in the town I live in. So I will be doing a lot more of these....hope you all don't get bored with them! I will be making some christmas ones too...just have to get me some new christmas papers first. I find it hard to do christmas stuff in june, maybe a new pack of papers will help with that ;)
