Laugh Card

This is for the card challenge over at scrapbooking & scrapbooking friends. We had to use the sketch and shades of blue. I actually made 4 of these...it seems when I do make cards, then I make a set of at least 3 or 4! Its a awesome way to use up scraps! Tfl!
